How Does it Work? – It’s Easy to Get Started!
1. MaxAccel loads all your information into the database so you don’t have to. An Excel template is provided for you to provide all your responder and cross‐reference information to us.
2. Once the system is set‐up, we provide training and you are ready to support your Operations staff.
3. Authorized users generate the Trouble Tickets when calls are taken – all actions are date, time and user‐stamped for accountability, future reference and reporting.
4. An Administrator log‐in allows system access to update information as required. Functionality
